Offered goods and services are provided not at the order of an individual or enterprise operating the WebMoney Transfer System. We are an independent enterprise providing services and making independent decisions about pricing and offers.

Enterprises, operating the WebMoney Transfer System, do not receive any fees or other remuneration for participation in the provision of services and do not bear any responsibility for our activity.

Accreditation performed by WebMoney Transfer exclusively to confirm our contact details and verify the identity. It is performed at our will and does not mean that we in any way are connected with the sales conducted by the WebMoney System operators.

A more stringent requirements now apply to WebMoney exchange offices, whose main task - to carry out operations on adding - withdrawing of title units. Items of the rules concerning the identity of the user submitting the request for an exchange, adding or withdrawing are almost completely redesigned and supplemented

In addition to it is prohibited to conduct exchanges of WM-signs in favor of third parties. In accordance with paragraph 1.4. of new rules, it is forbidden for exchange office - "to carry out exchange operations in the address of the person which does not participate in the exchange (to the third or unidentified persons).

In support of exchange offices in the implementation of activities under the new rules, WebMoney system developed and implemented program interface (X19), which allows to verify the identity of a user which tries to perform the operation with the title units.

Since the entry of new rules in effect (15.04.2010), it is strictly prohibited to conduct operations by exchange services which do not have registration in the catalogue MegaStock in section for exchange offices.

If there are violations of the rules ”denial of service” takes place. WMchanger recommend all users to verify their personal data in the passport for the continuation of the successful use of the exchange service.
